What is Mary's Closet?


Mary's Closet, a compassionate outreach of the Family Life and Respect for Life Committee of St. Stephen and Holy Trinity Parishes, warmly welcomes pregnant women, mothers and caregivers of young children.  Our mission is to create a welcoming environment where every visitor feels a sense of belonging and finds the resources they need to provide the very best care for their children.


What does Mary's Closet offer?


Mary's Closet offers a wide variety of new and gently used items, free of charge, to assist mothers and caregivers in meeting the needs of their young children.  No appointment is necessary.  You'll find items such as:

  • Diapers (various sizes)
  • Baby wipes
  • Personal care items (lotions, soaps, toothpaste, toothbrushes, brushes, combs, deodorant, and shampoo)
  • Clothing for infants and young children (up to size 5T)
  • Children's shoes and socks
  • Blankets
  • Baby bottles
  • Games, toys, and books


Where is Mary's Closet located?

 Mary's Closet is located in the former St. Mary's School in Fulton, at the Holy Trinity Parish, 309 Buffalo Street.


We are open:

Tuesdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Thursdays: 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.


How might we best serve your needs?

To help us better understand and serve your individual needs, we will ask you to complete a brief needs assessment when you visit. This information will be kept confidential and will allow us to ensure we are providing the most helpful resources to our community.


How might I help the ministry?

Mary's Closet thrives because of the generosity and compassion of our community.  There are several ways you can directly contribute to the well-being of mothers and young children in our area:


Provide Essential Resources: Donate new or gently used items. Your contributions of clothing, diapers, and other baby essentials directly address the needs of families.


Offer Your Time and Talents:  Volunteer during our opening hours. Your presence offers a warm welcome and practical assistance to parents and caregivers.


Extend Our Reach: Share information about Mary's Closet. By connecting us with people in need, you broaden our impact and strengthen our community.
